On Wednesday, Feb. 26, former Waynedale High School standout Trey Barkman’s current college team, the Ohio Bobcats, lost 8-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the West Virginia Mountaineers.

The game took place at Monongalia County Baseball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Mountaineers this season.

The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 3 p.m. at Bob Wren Stadium against Butler Bulldogs.
