Waynedale High School standout Jaden Varner’s college team won in NCAA Division I baseball game on Friday, Feb. 14

On Friday, Feb. 14, former Waynedale High School standout Jaden Varner’s current college team, the Kent State Golden Flashes, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Eastern Kentucky Colonels.

The game took place at Eddie Stanky Field. This was their first matchup against the Colonels this season.

The Golden Flashes’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 6:30 p.m. at Eddie Stanky Field against South Alabama Jaguars.
