Wooster City School District had the highest enrollment among Wayne County districts, welcoming 3,238 students during the 2022-23 school year, according to reports from the Ohio Department of Education & Workforce.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 51.7% of them were boys, and 48.3% were girls.

Data also showed that most of the students were white, representing 83.7% of Wooster City School District's total enrollment.

Among the 10 districts in Wayne County, Orrville City School District ranked second in enrollment numbers with 1,488 students , while Triway Local School District welcomed 1,413 students to be ranked third in the 2022-23 school year.
