The aim is to prevent discrimination against individuals who either choose not to wear facial coverings or are physically unable to do so.

The resolution has already had its first hearing in the House Public Health Policy Committee and is currently awaiting additional hearings. If passed, it will provide Ohioans with the opportunity to have a say in the implementation of mandatory mask mandates.
