Wooster makes The Princeton Review’s 2022 “Best Value College” list

The College of Wooster has again been named a Best Value College by The Princeton Review, an honor that reflects Wooster’s strong return on investment (ROI) by providing top academics and strong career prospects for graduates at an affordable cost. The Princeton Review selected 209 private colleges and universities in the United States for its 2022 Best Value list.

The Princeton Review uses 40 data points to determine quality in academics, affordability and career preparation before deciding which schools qualify as a Best Value College.

In addition to being named a Best Value College, Wooster was also recognized as #11 on The Princeton Review’s list of Top 20 Best Schools for Internships (Private Schools) and rose to #13 on the list of Top 20 Best Schools for Making an Impact (Private Schools). The “best schools for internships” and “best schools for making an impact” designations are based on a student surveys. The Princeton Review rewards colleges who offer ways for students to succeed outside the classroom through internships and by offering ways for students to explore their passions. Wooster students can choose from dozens of community service, student government, sustainability, and social justice opportunities.

Wooster has appeared on The Princeton Review list multiple times since the “Best Value Colleges” was first published in 2004.
