Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on March 15.
The Liberty Beall Apartments / Mariola Italian project broke ground today!
Located at 365 East Liberty Street, the empty lot will be transformed into a two-story mixed-use building by local attorney Matthew Long and wealth manager Chad Boreman.
Mike Mariola, the creative force behind City Square Steakhouse and The Rail, will debut his new Italian restaurant on the first floor. The second floor will feature eight loft apartments with patios overlooking East Liberty Street.
We are thrilled about this new development in downtown Wooster and can't wait to watch it come together in the coming months!
