Post-COVID Rehabilitation Program -Providing wellness care, close to home
This program is for those who are experiencing COVID side effects at least four weeks after a COVID diagnosis. Our team of experts will work with individuals to enhance their quality of life. A physician’s referral is required to participate in this program.
