Stop at the Wooster Recreation and Community Center on Thursday mornings to get your vegetables, fruits, flowers, crafts, baked goods & more!
The Wooster Community Center & Recreation Department operates in compliance with the City of Wooster, the Wayne Co. Health Dept., and the State of Ohio to provide a safe shopping experience.
The Market hours are 8 am – 12 pm. Early opening from 8 am – 8:30 am will be designated for customers aged 55+ and those with compromised immunity.
Please stay home if you have a fever of more than 100.4 and/or signs of respiratory symptoms (coughing or shortness of breath).
The Market has one entry (from the parking lot) and one exit (out the front sidewalk towards South Bever St.). Please enter and exit the market according to the markings and signs posted. A limited number of customers will be allowed in the Farmers’ Market at a time.
Please maintain 6’ social distancing between customers or households at all times. Social gatherings are not permitted.
Upon entering you’ll have access to a hand sanitizer station and safety information. Wearing masks or face coverings is strongly encouraged while at our market.
Vendors will provide unused shopping bags. If you bring a reusable tote you will need to bag your own items.
All vendors are required to wear a face coverings and sanitize frequently. Vendors must provide whole, uncut and ready-to-eat foods. No onsite food preparations or sampling is permitted.
Customer product handling is strongly discouraged. Please ask vendor to show you Products and they will package them for you. Hand sanitizer will be at each table.
